With over three decades of experience in corporate leadership, training, and coaching, I bring a depth of understanding that only comes from walking the path myself. As a Certified Life Coach, I combine internationally recognized coaching standards with real-world leadership expertise. I know what it means to lead under pressure, to balance competing demands, and to show up every day for the people who depend on you.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication, which forms the foundation of my coaching style — listening deeply, asking the right questions, and creating space for honest, meaningful conversation.
Beyond the corporate world, I have dedicated my time and leadership to serving on private and city boards and committees, giving me a unique perspective on the challenges facing women in both public and private leadership roles.
My Coaching Philosophy
I founded Sacred Path Consulting Inc. with one clear mission: to create a safe, quiet, non-judgmental space for professional women — especially those in high-value positions — who are striving at work but may be neglecting the most important relationship of all: the one with themselves.
This is coaching, not therapy. My sessions are forward-focused and action-oriented. There's no dwelling on the past — only clarity about where you're going and how to get there on your own terms.
Every session is driven entirely by you — your creative ideas, your plans, your visions, and your goals. My role is to guide you toward your solution, not mine. When you leave a session, you'll feel rejuvenated, clear-headed, and empowered to navigate your own path.
